Healthy Lifestyles After 40

Weight Loss After 40

Angela has been passionate about nutrition and fitness for as long as she can remember. However in her mid 40's she began to struggle with her weight no matter how hard she worked out at the gym or how much she restricted her diet. In 2015, together with her husband Jason, they embarked on a journey to make a positive impact to their health. Since then they have formed the brand Healthy Lifestyles after 40.

Through research from a multitude of resources, Jason and Angela guide a global team to better health with direction on exercise, superfood nutrition and whole foods. Their mission is to create a healthy lifestyle solution rather than a diet.

Jaimie explains the six types of Minimalism: Aesthetic, Essential, Experiential, Sustainable, Thrifty and Mindful and how living with less can be an obtainable goal.

The Decision-Making Process
The Courage to Talk

In her talk, Krystyna shares her incite about the decision-making process epitomized by her experiences which completely changed her own life.

She will discuss the decision-making process through the lenses of four conditions for a fulfilled existence. First, she asks herself if she is satisfied with the world in which she lives and with possibilities she has before her. Next, she is challenged with the questions: Does she like to be alive? Does she truly live? She then asks the fundamental questions of being a person: Does she feel free to be her? Do people accept and notice her? And finally, she is confronted with the question of the meaning of her existence. What is a purpose of her life?
